Refugee Dance Project is a community-based performance based on ethnographic fieldwork with refugees. After a series of movement workshops, Oniz Lab presents public performances in collaboration with community members. Since 2016, around 50 refugees from Thailand, East Africa, China, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Turkey, Afghanistan, and Poland have participated. The project has received multiple national and international scholarly awards and grants.
